Trainee Social Media & Sales Support Executive
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Location: Ruislip, Middlesex
Our client, a successful and growing local business, is seeking a Trainee Social Media & Sales Support Executive to join their friendly and ambitious team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to gain hands-on office experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
With full training provided, this role offers exposure to a range of business areas including social media, sales support, customer service, and general administration.
Duties include:
Managing and updating company social media platforms
Creating engaging content to support online growth and engagement
Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person
Qualifying incoming leads and directing them to the relevant team members
Supporting with e-commerce administration and online orders
Assisting with day-to-day sales support activities
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Providing general administrative support across the office
Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
Experience/skills required:
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
Confident communication skills with a professional manner
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Organised with strong attention to detail
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Customer-focused approach
