Wonderful opportunity to join an International business based in Slough as an all-round office administrator. This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a varied role who can turn their hand to a variety of different tasks.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week - could be 7.30 - 3.30pm, 8am - 4pm, 8.30am - 4.30pm, 9am - 5pm - my client is happy to discuss which option suits for the right candidate.

Key duties

1. Database management of company vehicles, plant maintenance, and systems testing

2. Database management of the maintenance request tickets

3. Working with the Gardens Maintenance Manager to plan an annual schedule of works

4. Managing the staff holiday database

5. Managing the staff training database

6. Assist with preparing excel spreadsheets

7. Preparing budget statements

8. Data input

9. Provide assistance to the Health and Safety Officer

10. Provide assistance to the Fire Officer

11. Administration of policies

12. Administration of inspection compliance documentation and implementation

13. Key administrator of fleet

14. Responsible for booking external transport

15. Dealing with staff enquiries

16. Answering day-to-day enquires, including telephone calls and ensuring messages are promptly and correctly relayed


1. Liaise with Manager on managing staff for events

2. Undertaking administrative/secretarial work in connection with events

3. Managing trip bookings and risk assessments

4. Submit Claims to company Insurance Company on Travel Insurances/Commercial Combined Insurance

5. Support evening activity programme

6. Supporting Welfare Officer

7. There may be a requirement to attend occasional functions at weekends/evenings

8. Other duties or tasks commensurate with training, experience and capability

9. Working with the General Manager on audit support
