A truly superb opportunity for a candidate studying for, or maybe looking to study for their CIPD qualification.

Our client, a highly prestigious organisation now require an efficient and highly accurate HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Manager. Educational and practical support will be provided to guide you through the process and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

• Full data collection and coordination of payroll data in time for despatch to third party provider within given set deadlines

• Administering all employee lifecycle information including benefits

• Updating starters and leavers

• Ensuring all employee data is correctly recorded onto the system

• Acting as first point of contact for employees

• Review and update company policies ensuring they are in line with current legislation

• Advising employees and line managers as and when required on company policy and benefits queries

• Manage the recruitment process and administration including contact with agencies

• Conducting interviews and inductions

• Ensuring HR elements of the company web site are kept up to date and kept well and professionally presented

• Fully support HR projects

The successful candidate will have strong HR and payroll knowledge

You will be driven and dedicated to your career and studying or looking to study for your CIPD

Possess high levels of confidentiality and be an effective multitasker who delivers on time

Process minded with a high emphasis on quality

Superb MS office skills- especially Excel

Strong and effective communication
