Key duties include:
- Formatting and prof reading policy documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Approving and finalizing policy documentation
- Ensuring quality assurance processes are followed and assisting with system developments
- Providing support for any policy related issues
- Ensuring critical deadlines are met and escalating any concerns relating to this
- Responding to enquiries from customers
- Attending monthly meetings and assisting with the creation of regular reports
- Supporting the Manager with training new team members
This is a very deadline/time critical position whilst at the same time requiring an excellent eye for detail. You will therefore need to demonstrate that you have worked within a similar environment where you have had to concentrate whilst at times working under pressure.
You must have:
Excellent admin skills
Strong grammatical and spelling skills
Excellent proof reading skills with a strong eye for details
Ability to work within time critical projects
