Customer Services Coordinator – 18 month contract – with the possibility of going permanent
Salary £27,000 + bonus
- Receiving and making calls, dealing with customer queries, deliveries, orders and complaints
- Processing orders through their CRM system
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Ensuring accurate order input
- Raising any returns or credits
- Processing any back orders
- Upselling on orders
- General admin duties
This is a lively and fast paced customer service team who operate a quick turn-around service. The company are also continually expanding therefore it is important that you enjoy working in fast-paced environment.
Key attributes required:
- Telephone customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Driven personality
The working hours are great! Monday to Wednesday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Thursday and Friday 9am – 5pm.
