Your Role Will Include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cashflows.
- Analysing financial data to provide valuable insights to senior leadership.
- Managing reconciliations for key accounts, including intercompany transactions (multi-currency).
- Processing month-end journals and assisting with budgets and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT submissions.
- Supporting the audit process by providing documentation and resolving queries.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve finance-related queries and improve reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong management accounting background with proven experience in financial reporting.
- Experience managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations, including multi-currency.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
