Customer Experience Executive
Location: Greenford
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 + £2,000 annual bonus

We’re working with a brilliant, well-established manufacturing business based in Greenford who are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Executive to support a busy team of Account Managers. You’ll become a vital part of their customer operations—supporting existing client relationships, processing orders, and helping to deliver top-tier service across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
• Processing customer orders and answering product enquiries
• Quoting prices and advising on stock availability
• Providing ETA updates and resolving delivery queries
• Issuing invoices and managing sample requests
• Assisting with artwork requests and updating order records
• Coordinating closely with warehouse, despatch and sales teams
• General customer administration and CRM updates
What You’ll Need:
• Previous experience in a customer service or client support role (2 years+ preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• CRM experience
• Comfortable with systems—Google Sheets/Docs a bonus
• A team player with a helpful, proactive attitude
