Part-Time Office Coordinator
Location: Hayes
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, fully office-based)
Salary: £15 per hour

Looking for a varied, people-focused admin role where you can make a real difference? Our client, a long-established and friendly business in Hayes, is seeking a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to join their small team following a recent retirement.

This is a part-time position (25–30 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times. You’ll be a vital part of the team, supporting both production and management with key administrative and office coordination duties.

Duties include:

– Providing admin support to the busy production team
– Raising invoices and submitting to customers
– Booking couriers and arranging meetings
– Answering calls and taking accurate messages
– Assisting with HR-related administration
– Supporting the Managing Director with general admin
– Logging overtime payments and assisting with file archiving

The ideal candidate will have:

– Strong admin experience in an office environment
– Some basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping (desirable)
– Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– A flexible, can-do attitude with a sense of humour
– Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
– Confident communication and a well-presented manner
