Day-to-day duties include:
• Handling customer queries by phone and email with professionalism and care
• Ensuring monthly document renewals are tracked and completed on time
• Registering new product details accurately on internal and national systems
• Maintaining service compliance and up-to-date records
• Producing weekly and monthly operational reports
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and assisting with general office tasks
• Supporting wider administrative duties including filing and database updates
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in customer service or office-based administration
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Confident with written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Keen to learn and develop within a supportive environment
• Bonus: Knowledge of European languages is an advantage, though not essential
