Location: Greenford
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 + £2,000 annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (Hybrid working available after probation)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a friendly, family-run manufacturing business that has customer service at its core. As a Customer Experience Executive, you’ll support a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring that every client receives the attention and care they deserve. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same!

Key Responsibilities – Customer Experience Executive:

• Manage and process incoming orders and customer queries
• Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product availability updates
• Advise on artwork and sample requests
• Raise and issue invoices
• Provide ETA updates and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain customer communications and order records in the CRM system
• Liaise with the warehouse, sales, and despatch teams to ensure seamless service
• Support account managers with all related administration

What You’ll Need – Customer Experience Executive:

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service, sales support or order processing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous CRM system experience
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office or similar
• A can-do attitude with excellent listening skills
