Customer Service Executive
Perm - £25k to £30k
(opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses!)
Based in Windsor – parking onsite

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised business based in Windsor who is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate customer service executive to join their sociable and dedicated team.

The customer service and liaison team are committed to delivering a world class and elevated service to their customers and clients. As part of this team, you will be responsible for processing customer’s high value orders and assisting them with any queries regarding product, stock, delivery or pricing.

Customer Liaison Executive Duties:
- Delivering a world class service to customers – ensuring the customer’s journey experience is to the highest of standards at all times.
- Managing sales order processing for customers
- Responding to incoming enquiries and orders by phone and email
- Supporting to customer queries regarding product information, stock list, pricing etc
- Accurately inputting and processes quotes and orders into system
- Working across all departments and with distributors to provide support with queries and sales
- Liaising and communicating with all members of staff, customers and suppliers
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Working towards finding innovative ways to push the business and brand even more forward
- May be required to meet with customers or clients face to face on occasion
- Supporting with import and export documentation to fulfil customers orders

Requirements:
- Order processing experience required – ideally with SAP but not essential
- A passion for delivering an elevate and world class service to customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with handling orders and queries for high value products
- Ability to use initiative and take ownership of role

This will based at their beautiful office in central Windsor on a full time basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.full-time.
