Role Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery: Chase outstanding debts from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Account Management: Continually monitor key accounts in collaboration with the customer service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Financial Management: Create and maintain a debtors ledger, process payments received, and generate bi-weekly and monthly reports to track progress.
- Process Optimisation: Document all relevant processes to ensure clarity and efficiency in credit control operations.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Credit Control Experience: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in credit control operations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, along with strong MS Excel skills to handle data effectively.
