Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Ruislip
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Two yearly bonuses!
Are you a savvy marketer with a knack for building brand awareness and driving lead generation? My client, a marketing-led organisation currently in a period of sustained growth, is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.
About the Role:Reporting directly to the MD, you will have one direct report and work closely with famous brands and agencies to achieve and sustain business growth. You will be a commercially astute marketer, experienced in content marketing and implementing lead generation plans.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office. Benefits include 23 days holiday, private health, and two-yearly bonuses ranging from 10-14% of the base salary!
Key Duties:
- Developing marketing strategies to generate leads through website, social media, email marketing, events, and trade shows.
- Identifying and targeting key segments within agencies and brands for outreach (using HubSpot).
- Crafting compelling messaging and marcomms while partnering closely with sales, digital, and compliance teams.
- Building relationships with key industry bodies to identify awards to enter and showcase the company’s outstanding work.
- Securing speakers and audiences for webinars, live events, and exhibitions.
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Reporting to the MD and CEO on performance and success metrics.
Skills / About You:
- Dynamic and results-oriented with an agile approach to marketing.
- Strong written ability; capable of working closely with sales to compose pitches, client success stories & case studies.
- Curious and eager to learn about new trends and concepts.
- Experience in sales-led marketing.
- A confident networker.
