Accounts Receivable Executive
Location: Stockley Park
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000
A very exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established business based in the heart of Uxbridge. Working within a Finance Team of 4, you will oversee the Accounts Receivable function from start to finish.

The role:
• Manage Accounts Receivables, including issuing invoices and credit notes, monthly statements and remittances, and dealing with queries
• Conduct credit risk checks and maintain credit limits for customers
• Manage the AR inbox and act as the main point of contact for customer queries
• Post and allocate daily cash
• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
• Investigate disputes and liaise with the Sales team on any unresolved payments
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely reporting for month-end, ensuring all receipts and allocations are up to date
Applicant requirements:
• Previous experience in a Credit Control role
• Experience using Oracle Cloud accounting system is desirable
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
