IT Software and Data Assistant
Location: Walton-On-Thames
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Test software applications and identify faults, writing up bug reports for the development team to address.
- Support the team with technical queries and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enhance reporting processes for improved insights.
- Oversee the implementation of new features/modules and test updates for bugs.
- Investigate integration and compatibility issues across equipment.
- Manipulate data within Excel, sorting and filtering to identify insights and anomalies, and preparing detailed reports.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT and data, with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Person Specification:
- Logical and methodical thinker with a strong interest in IT.
- Previous experience or a degree in an IT/Tech-based subject is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting using Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of databases/HTML is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Android devices is beneficial.
