Credit Controller (Full or Part Time)
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (Pro Rata for Part Time)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (4 days per week if part-time) – Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Are you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a flexible role that offers a mix of credit control and administration? Our client, a successful SME based in Uxbridge, is looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join their team.
This role offers the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time (4 days per week), with hybrid working available (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Reporting directly to the MD, this is a standalone position where you will manage the credit control function in the morning and provide administrative support in the afternoon.

Your Role Will Include:
- Managing debtor ledger and monitoring key accounts.
- Chasing outstanding payments and resolving client queries.
- Processing payments received and updating financial records.
- Setting up new customer accounts and managing credit limits.
- Generating reports and monitoring credit control performance.
- Managing spreadsheets and finance data using MS Dynamics.
- Processing expenses and managing the payment of utility bills.
- Ordering office supplies and arranging appointments.
Providing general administrative support to the MD and wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within a credit control or finance role.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using MS Dynamics or similar financial systems (desirable).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
