E Learning Training and Development Manager
To 63k plus 10% bonus

Are you an experienced L&D professional with experience from within the multi-level Marketing or the sales distributor sector?
Have you worked with franchisees, the self-employed business sector or similar?
Experienced within International/matrix-based business environments?
My client, an international multi-level sales organisation now requires an experienced E learning professional who will further develop L&D development programmes throughout the EMEA and Africa markets.
Please not that this NOT a HR role, neither will you be delivering the training- you will be creating and continue to build the learning strategies and technologies required for this fast moving and agile business.
This role offers hybrid working, car and fuel allowance, annual bonus of 10% (paid in March) private medical and life assurance.
Role duties
• Designing (not delivering) training programmes tailored to the needs of worldwide salespeople
• Continuously creating new assets
• Supporting learning programmes for every growing product offering
• Manage the L&D learning platform- which includes managing the storage of training materials
• High collaboration with internal stakeholders to update and produce new content
• Monitoring training performance pre and post training
• Mentoring and overseeing one direct report
• Occasional travel to trade shows and events
Experience needed
• At least 5years experience as a L&D designer
• Experience form within a EMEA based matrix organisation
• Experience with business operating in multiple markets
• Experience from a multi-level marketing industry- preferable health and fitness
• Experience of creating virtual training and e learning
• Strategic and highly driven in approach
• A collaborative mind set
• Certification in E learning, coaching
