Order Processing & Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home)
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 + Excellent Benefits

What’s the role all about? You’ll play a crucial role in processing sales orders and supporting the commercial team with contract admin, customer updates and system data accuracy. Working across internal teams, you’ll help ensure a seamless process from initial order through to invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing new sales orders and cross-checking purchase details
• Blocking or flagging orders that don’t meet internal controls
• Coordinating ETAs with customers and keeping systems updated
• Supporting the invoicing process and preparing related documents
• Raising issues or concerns with internal teams as needed
• Processing contract renewals and checking all terms are met
• Liaising with commercial teams and chasing any outstanding info
• Producing basic reports and supporting with internal queries
What we’re looking for:
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and a proactive work style
• Good Excel and MS Office experience
• Able to manage deadlines and follow through on tasks
• Eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team
• Previous order processing, commercial admin or customer coordination experience would be a bonus – but training given
