Customer Service Administrator
Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid working available after probation)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international organisation for a confident and capable Customer Service Administrator to join their busy Uxbridge-based team.
This Customer Service Administrator role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with customers, keeping things organised, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be joining a high-volume, energetic team where strong communication skills and attention to detail are key. The successful Customer Service Administrator will quickly become a central point of contact for customers and internal colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing and resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Responding to a high volume of emails with clarity and accuracy.
• Preparing and issuing quotations.
• Drafting and producing customer contracts.
• Maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
• Delivering consistently high standards of customer service.
About You:
• Proven experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
• Calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns.
