Credit Controller
Salary: £30,000 + bonus up to 40% (OTE £42,000)
Location / Hybrid: Uxbridge – hybrid working (3 days from home)
Our client, a growing and dynamic organisation, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their vibrant Uxbridge office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative finance team, offering a highly flexible hybrid working model alongside strong earning potential.

The role:
This position plays a key part in ensuring effective cash collection, maintaining accurate accounts, and supporting wider financial operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure credit processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties include:
Managing overdue debt collection and liaising with clients to ensure payment terms are met
Raising credits and carrying out account reconciliations accurately
Creating and monitoring account action plans to improve collections performance
Attending regular meetings to review aged debt and agree next steps
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer account records
Supporting litigation processes where required, in line with relevant procedures
Experience/skills required:
Previous experience within credit control or accounts receivable
Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high attention to detail
Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Good working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with finance systems
Organised approach with the ability to manage workload independently
Team player who can collaborate effectively within a busy environment
