Business Support Coordinator
Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Buckinghamshire
Working pattern: Hybrid with regular office attendance
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join a busy and professional organisation in a varied support role.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, confident managing changing priorities and comfortable taking responsibility for a broad range of administrative tasks. You will provide day-to-day support across the business, helping colleagues stay organised and ensuring important tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative and coordination support
• Managing tasks, deadlines and follow-up actions
• Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
• Preparing routine reports and documentation
• Supporting meetings and internal activities
• Updating administrative and business systems
• Helping maintain effective office processes
• Assisting with diaries, meetings and general coordination
• Arranging travel or appointments when required
• Handling confidential information appropriately
• Providing additional support across the business as required
About You:
• Previous experience in administration, business support, coordination or a similar office-based role
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience working with records, spreadsheets or administrative systems
• Confidence managing several priorities at the same time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• A practical and positive approach to problem solving
• Professional and discreet when dealing with confidential information
The role requires regular attendance at the client's Buckinghamshire office, so applicants should be car drivers
There may also be occasional travel associated with the role.
