They are looking for a PA to support one of the Directors and they will be assisting with:
- Secretarial and PA support including correspondence, reports, expenses and filing
- Induction of new employees
- Liaising with Project Managers for general updates and any issues that may arise
- Assisting with general office admin
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Support the Director with all information and documentation they need prior to meetings and business trips
- Ensuring meeting follow up tasks are completed
Key skills/experience required
- 2-3 years within a Senior Administration/PA role
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work with strict deadlines
- Strong Excel
- Confident nature, able to politely push back on behalf of the Director
