Customer Service Executive
£18,000 – 37.5 Hours per Week
Will need to work 1 Saturday in 5 (9-2pm)
Our client, a well-established brand, are looking for a vibrant customer service representative to join their busy team. Someone who has maybe worked in retail and is looking to move into an office environment, or just someone who is passionate about customer service, would be ideal for this role.
• Take customer queries over the phone, email and online chat
• Ensure that every customer has an exceptional customer experience
• Upsell products to customers and promote the company’s products and service
• Develop an excellent knowledge of the products
• Build a rapport with customers
• Handle customer escalations and take ownership where necessary
• Carry out sales transactions efficiently
• Maintain a can-do attitude throughout
• A passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience achieving sales targets
• Ability to meet KPIs
• Have a great deal of enthusiasm
• Well-presented and articulated
