Admin Supervisor - £23,000 - £25,000
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Office Manager to join a professional, successful and reputable business based near the heart of Slough. You will be within short walking distance of the main town centre.
You will be leading a small team of 3 administrators with the purpose of providing general office admin support for a larger team.
Key duties will include:
•Delivery and management of an effective admin service across the business
•Review of administrative processes
•Supervising a small team of 3 administrators which will include allocation and scheduling of tasks
•Assisting the HR Manager with the recruitment, performance reviews and appraisals, training and disciplinary processes connected with your team
•Liaising with other support teams such as HR, Finance and IT with regards to admin processes
•Facilities tasks to include but not limited to: Taking in stock, ordering office supplies, organising lunch for events, reporting IT issues to the IT team, ensuring the office is running smoothly and identifying any issues, liaising with maintenance contractors
•Going through DSE assessments with new starters (you will receive training on this)
The experience, knowledge, skills required
•Leadership skills along with a strong customer service focus
•Ability to work under-pressure and capable of managing several tasks at the same time
•Excellent communication skills
•Knowledge of software applications related to document management, multifunctional devises, scanning and printing processes.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.45 am – 5.15pm
