We are currently looking for two bright individuals to join our client on a temporary basis to assist with admin and customer service duties. Our client offers a great working environment, on-site parking and good transport links.
They are looking for temporary admin cover for a minimum of one month but due to growth and high volumes of workload this is most likely to extend with an opportunity to become permanent.
Managing documents including scanning and archiving
Responding to customer queries via phone, email and post
Assisting with data entry duties and putting together reports
Assisting with fleet admin tasks such as managing personalised number plates, tax and MOT documents
Supporting the team with adhoc admin, data entry and customer service duties
Immaculate attention to detail
Great communication skills
