Temporary Human Resource Assistant
Duration – 2 months
Hybrid offered after training
Start date – Monday 6th October
Location - Ealing
Pay rate - £16.00 per hour
We are currently looking for a Temporary HR Assistant to support the Human Resource department on all HR related administrative duties. The HR Assistant will assist in supporting the policies and procedures associated with the full HR life cycle. Candidates with a couple of years’ experience within an all-round support role, or candidates who are newly CIPD qualified and have about a years’ worth of experience would both be ideal for this role.
• Coordinate the organisation recruitment process, interviewing, screening, and appointment of new staff
• Coordinate the organisation onboarding process, contracts, right to work checks, new hire orientation
• Maintain the company HR database and make sure that it is always up to date
• Organising and maintaining personnel records
• Preparing HR documents
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Participate in ongoing HR projects
Skills and Experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar field
• CIPD membership – not essential
• Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
• Knowledge of human resources and employment law
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees
