E-commerce and Pricing Assistant
Location: Maidenhead (hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £24,000
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (minimum 25 hours per week)
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a love of data and online retail? We’re recruiting for an E-commerce and Pricing Assistant to join a well-established business in Maidenhead, supporting their online product listings and pricing analysis across a range of platforms, including Amazon.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills looking to develop in a fast-moving, data-led role. The position is flexible – full-time or part-time options available – and comes with a range of employee perks and the chance to contribute to a growing online sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Uploading, maintaining and optimising product listings on e-commerce platforms
– Managing product data, descriptions, images and pricing updates
– Ensuring Amazon listings remain compliant and up to date, resolving any flagged issues
– Monitoring listing errors and resolving issues to maximise visibility and sales
– Using repricing software and internal tools to maintain competitive pricing
– Performing product catalogue audits and checks to ensure listing quality
– Liaising with suppliers and online support teams as needed
– Analysing pricing data to support better margin performance and product performance
– Working with wider teams to support e-commerce operations and promotional activity
What We’re Looking For:
– Previous experience in administration or e-commerce support
– Strong IT skills, including Excel and general Microsoft Office use
– High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
– Good written communication skills
– Experience with Amazon Seller Central, E-bay, or repricing tools is a bonus
– Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, supportive team
– Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning new systems
