Part-Time Reception Administrator
Location: Slough
Hourly Rate: £13.33 per hour
Working Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Wednesday 9.00am – 2.00pm
Start Date: Thursday 15th January
Contract: Until April (with possible extension)
Additional Hours: Flexibility required to provide cover – one full week in February confirmed

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and clients, managing the reception desk, and maintaining a polished front-of-house presence
• Operating the switchboard and handling calls professionally
• Responding to emails and telephone queries
• Logging information and updating records on internal systems
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Assisting with meeting room bookings and diary management
• Supporting basic Health & Safety checks and maintenance reporting
• Keeping the reception and communal spaces well-presented
• Helping with light event coordination and office marketing tasks
• Ordering supplies and handling general office administration
About You:
• Friendly, professional, and confident engaging with people at all levels
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or reception experience (office, hospitality, or retail)
