Office Administrator
Location: Hayes
Salary: Up to £25,397 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Benefits: 21 days holiday (increasing with service to 25), on-site parking

This long-standing company is on the lookout for an organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join their team in Hayes. You'll be supporting multiple departments, with a varied role that touches everything from processing orders and stock management to liaising with suppliers and handling client queries.
What will you be doing day to day?
• Placing purchase orders via in-house systems and supplier portals
• Answering calls and handling incoming sales leads
• Supporting stock control and inventory tracking
• Liaising with suppliers to source new parts and update availability
• Assisting with company projects, such as cataloguing or expanding into European markets
• Collaborating with both sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
• Pitching in with trade counter cover when needed (full training given)
