Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH

If you’re an experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic skills and OEM experience, and you’re looking to move into an office-based role, this could be the ideal next step. We’re working with a highly respected company in the Uxbridge area that is expanding its Technical Support Team. They are looking for someone with hands-on experience, excellent diagnostic ability, and the confidence to support both customers and installers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions
• Managing cases through to resolution within agreed SLAs using Salesforce
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders across varying technical levels
• Handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate case records
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and partners
• Contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience and installation standards
About You
• Proven background in automotive diagnostics or technical support, ideally within an OEM environment
• Experience working with OEM systems, standards, or processes is essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills in a technical setting
