Associate Product Marketing Manager (Digital Games) – 12 Month Contract
Salary: £35.89 per hour
Location / Hybrid: UK (Remote) | Occasional international travel
Our client, a globally recognised entertainment organisation, is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support the launch of two exciting digital games across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with a genuine passion for gaming to play a key role in bringing new titles to market, working alongside an experienced international marketing team from initial reveal through to launch and beyond.
This position offers the chance to work on high-profile gaming campaigns, collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions while helping to create engaging, player-first experiences that resonate with gaming communities.
The role:[/b>
As part of a collaborative international marketing team, you will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for upcoming digital game launches across PC and console platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered successfully from concept through to post-launch activity.
Duties include:
* Supporting go-to-market marketing campaigns for upcoming digital game releases across PC and console
* Assisting with the coordination of key campaign milestones, including game reveals, trailers, launch activity and post-launch support
* Working with global teams to adapt marketing assets for regional audiences across EMEA
* Collaborating with PR, Community, Creator, Platform and Publishing teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns
* Supporting creator and influencer marketing activations across multiple markets
* Managing campaign timelines, marketing assets and key deliverables
* Monitoring campaign performance and producing insights to help improve future launches
* Keeping up to date with gaming culture, player behaviour and emerging industry trends
Experience/skills required:
* Previous experience within marketing, product marketing or publishing, ideally within the gaming, entertainment or a related industry
* A genuine passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming communities and player behaviour
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
* Experience working with international and cross-functional teams
* Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced international environment
Desirable:
* Experience supporting digital game launches or live-service titles
* Exposure to creator or influencer marketing
* Experience using project management or marketing asset tracking tools
