Stock Data Administrator
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location / Hybrid: Langley – Office Based (Hybrid working available after successful probation)
Our client is seeking a highly organised Stock Data Administrator to join their busy team based in Langley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of stock and business data, working extensively with Excel and ERP systems. If you enjoy administration, are confident working with large volumes of information and take pride in producing accurate work, this could be the ideal role for you.
The role:
This is a varied administrative position focused on maintaining accurate stock and business records. You'll work closely with internal teams, ensuring data is updated correctly, supporting reporting requirements and helping maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of business systems.
Duties include:
* Completing high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
* Maintaining and updating records within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
* Using ERP systems daily to input, track and manage stock and business information
* Processing system updates while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Supporting internal teams with reporting and data requests
* Providing general administrative support as required
Experience/skills required:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Previous experience using ERP systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks
* Strong organisational skills
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage your own workload effectively
Desirable:
* Previous experience within a Stock, Supply Chain or data-focused administration role
* Experience working within a busy, fast-paced office environment
