Calling all Customer Service / Retail people!
We are recruiting for a great business based in Langley who are looking for a temporary Customer Service person to join their team for 3 months.
You key responsibilities will be:
- Contacting customers/clients to confirm and discuss orders over the phone
- Confirming orders via email
- Processing all online orders
You will need to have previous customer service experience and this can include retail. You must also be able to compose and write emails to customers.
The hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 5.30-pm and Friday 9.30am – 5pm
Paying between £8.50 - £9.50 per hour
