Administrator- Fabulous new opportunity

My client , a major supplier of technical products with worldwide reach are now looking to appoint a new Office Administrator.
This is a newly created role that will report directly to the Operations Manager. My client is looking for a driven and dedicated person who is willing to multi task across the business in order to support various teams including Finance, Customer Service and technical sales.
The role will offer excellent long term opportunities for career growth- this could be in the field of customer support or marketing- everything to play for here as long as you show potential and the desire to want to learn and take on new initiatives.
• Supporting the customer service team with the processing of overflow orders- full training will be given
• Supporting the finance team with entering of remittances and invoices onto the system
• Posting out of invoices and cheques
• Booking of meetings, hotels and taxis for visitors and clients coming into the office
• Answering the door to visitors and offering refreshments etc.
• Purchasing of basic office consumables- you will be the main point of contact for this
• Looking at current processes and giving your input into ways in which systems and documentation can be improved
• Collection and distribution of post
My client is looking for a person who is a self -motivated all- rounder with a strong work ethic. You will have the ability to multi task and work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
