We are currently recruiting for Finance Manager to join a successful business who is currently going through growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and friendly team.

Our client is based in Maidenhead and seeking an experienced Finance Manager be responsible for the day to day function of the Finance Team. You will be directly management a Finance Assistant and reporting the CEO. My client is also open to this a being a full-time or part-time role. Key duties of the Finance Manager:
- Responsibility for the day to day finance function
- Ensuring month-end reconciliations ad reporting are completed in good time
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Responsibility for Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets
- Working closely with senior management
- Submission and reconciliation of payroll
- Direct managing a Finance Assistant and reviewing their reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable
- VAT, PAYE, P11D, Companies House and ONS submissions

Experience / Qualifications required for the Finance Manager:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA/AAT qualified, or part qualified or qualified by experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel including V lookups and pivot tables
- A great attitude to work with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ideally experience in Xero
- Proven experience in a similar role.
