Salary: £34,000 to £37,000

We have an exciting opportunity within a leading global company based in Uxbridge. Due to internal advancement, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Field Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll split your time between our Uxbridge headquarters and client sites, delivering top-notch training to both new and seasoned engineers.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Field Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineers are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. If you have a background in training within the electrical field and thrive in a supportive environment that values personal growth, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for new hires
• Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers and Service Managers to identify training needs
• Coordinate with service partners to provide specialised training
• Continuously improve training materials and methodologies
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical training, particularly within the electrical field
• Strong proficiency in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Conveniently located within a one-hour commute from Uxbridge
• Full driving license required
