Customer Service Administrator – Temp to Perm
Location: Uxbridge
Salary:£30,000 - £31,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, standard office hours

- Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email.
- Producing accurate quotes and managing stock adjustments.
- Creating and maintaining contracts and ensuring all records are up to date.
- Providing first-class customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
- Working within a fast-moving and high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a great experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Confident IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
