The Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Internal Sales Adviser will focus on relationship management and account support. This is a soft selling role, where success is driven by understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and nurturing long-term customer relationships rather than aggressive sales techniques. The role involves order processing, managing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and proactive outbound contact to support repeat business and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultative assessments to recommend appropriate solutions for customers

Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers through a friendly, service-focused approach

Manage customer accounts allocated by senior management

Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat

Make regular outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to maintain relationships and identify opportunities

Encourage repeat business through upselling and cross-selling in a non-aggressive, solution-led manner

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

Create and issue invoices

Take credit card payments over the phone

Follow up on quotations and sample requests

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Keep customers informed of relevant products and services

Support mailshots and customer communications campaigns

Work towards weekly and monthly targets focused on customer retention and revenue growth

Contribute to account rejuvenation and long-term business development
