Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Colnbrook (Hybrid – 4 days from home)
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 plus performance bonus
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded logistics business based near Colnbrook. This is a friendly, close-knit team who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service to their customers across the UK and EMEA. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an additional Customer Service & Sales Executive to support existing clients while also developing new business opportunities from warm leads.
This is not a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment. Instead, it would suit someone commercially minded who enjoys speaking to clients, building relationships and identifying opportunities, while also delivering first-class operational support.
The role offers hybrid working (four days from home), Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Holiday entitlement starts at 20 days plus bank holidays and increases with service to 25 days. A performance-related bonus is available for new business secured.
The Role Will Include:
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers across the UK and EMEA
• Managing orders from enquiry through to completion
• Preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions
• Proactively contacting prospective clients from an existing lead list
• Providing tailored service solutions to meet client requirements
• Resolving operational and logistical queries in a professional and timely manner
• Building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
About You:
• Experience within customer service, sales support or account management
• Exposure to logistics, freight or supply chain environments would be advantageous, but not essential
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Commercially aware, with a natural ability to build rapport
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Motivated, reliable and keen to contribute to a growing team
