Multi Trader
Salary: £130 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire
Our client is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join their growing projects team, working across a range of high-quality commercial and refurbishment environments. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working across multiple trades, and is confident dealing with clients on-site.
The successful candidate will travel between sites, delivering high standards of finishing and maintenance work while maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
Duties include:
Carrying out 2nd fix carpentry and general finishing work
Completing tiling and basic plastering repairs
Undertaking painting, decorating, and snagging duties
Supporting general maintenance and refurbishment projects
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised at all times
Liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors professionally
Assisting the wider team with additional tasks where required
Experience/skills required:
Proven experience in a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative role
Strong all-round skills across carpentry, decorating, and general trades
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Able to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence preferred
