Our client, a fantastic and forward-thinking company, have an exciting opportunity for a bright graduate who is looking to get their foot onto the career ladder. In this role you will be the key person responsible for liaising with client and you will get the opportunity to travel to other offices as well as industry led events!

Role Duties:
• Managing all incoming calls and queries to explain the services offered to clients
• Meeting and greeting clients when they visit the office ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Booking events and industry visits across the UK
• Coordinating and arranging industry events and workshops
• Create reports for management
• Assist with marketing activities such as mail campaigns
• Manage social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter and also update the company website
• Organise and process client payments
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidate:
• A graduate or A Level leaver who has some experience working in an office
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Very well-presented and articulated
• Someone extremely bright and able to use own initiative

The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate with a real passion for people. You will be exceptionally client focused with an organised and well-structured approach to work.
