Administration and Documentation Assistant

Location: Amersham

£19,000 - £21,500 DOE

Our fantastic client are looking for someone to support their team and ensure the ongoing delivery of professional and accurate documentation to their clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a 5 star experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:


o Provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email

o Liaise with other departments on behalf of the customer to ensure their needs are met

o Ensure that any customer requests are dealt with in a timely manner

o Check bookings with the use of reports to ensure that documentation is ready to produce.

o Ensure that all documentation is accurate at all times

o Ensure all stock and brochures are available to keep up with demand.

o Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when they are needed

o Confident in peak times to be the first point of call to help the customer service department by taking calls and replying emails

o Ensure that information on the company database is always up to date

Required Skills:
o Exceptional customer service skills

o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

o Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

o Great organisation and time management skills

o Ensure all stock and brochures are available to keep up with demand.
