Social Media and Business Administrator
Up to £18,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with experience in Administration and managing Social Media platforms.
This is a very varied position that would be great for someone who likes to be kept busy!
o Dealing with queries over telephone, email and online chat
o Recording any information given by potential clients to pass on to the sales team
o Write and upload weekly blog on the company website
o Request, reply to and manage any customer reviews and feedback
o Edit and upload content to social media platforms
o Manage email marketing using software such as MailChimp
o Provide administrative support to the team
o Assist the sales team with acquiring new leads
o Excellent communication, both written and verbal
o Brilliant telephone manner
o Good content writer
o Competent with computer packages (Microsoft word and excel)
o An enthusiastic and positive person who is willing to get stuck in
o Ability to obtain a high level of product knowledge and relay to customers
o Ability to work on own initiative
o Highly organised and able to both multi-task and prioritise a workload
