Social Media and Sales Administrator
Up to £18k per annum
We are currently recruiting for a social media savvy candidate with great customer service skills for a high end, online retailer based in the heart of Uxbridge. You will be given the opportunity to really get your creative juices flowing having full responsibility of updating multiple social media channels for the business as well as creating regular email campaigns.

• Regular social media updates using various well known platforms including running promotions
• Listing new products on the company website and creating engaging content
• Weekly email campaigns
• Customer service duties including answering customer queries and resolving any customer issues
• Processing orders
• Providing customers with detailed product knowledge and up and cross selling
• Various administration duties as required
The ideal candidate:
• Strong communication skills with a bubbly personality
• Organised and able to prioritise workload
• A passion social media and a creative thinker
• Strong IT skills
• Previous customer service/social media work experience would be an advantage
