Fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or A Level finisher to join a Global company working as an Administrator within the Sales Team. You will be responsible for providing effective administration support with a view to gain a strong understanding of how the sales function operates leading to opportunities within entry level sales as a path of progression.
• Updating customer databases
• Helping to develop sales support materials
• Assist the Sales Team with coordination of samples and POS for events
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Arranging travel for the team
• Assisting with managing projects as and when required
• Supporting sales events
• Ad Hoc administration tasks for other teams within the business
• Assisting with Trade Shows
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administration role within a busy office
• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised
• Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
• This role is suitable for A Level leavers or Graduates
