Junior Operations Assistant
My client, a super company that work closely with events and exhibitions now require a real superstar to coordinate all projects as well as managing all admin duties within this busy and successful office.
The company offer 20 days holiday plus Xmas shutdown as well as two annual bonuses which will equate to an additional years salary! The office is busy and has a casual dress code – great bunch of people here! As there is a lot of scheduling and coordinating of jobs and crew someone with a strong scheduling background would be really advantageous (but not essential)
• Answering calls and directing to appropriate person
• Maintaining the jobs in day board
• Scheduling of crew for projects and monitoring their movements
• Scheduling of sub contract staff for projects
• Updating available staffing database
• Booking of training courses, accommodation and flights for staff
• Assisting managers with job bag management- this will include assigning revenue and cost to various projects
• Costing and obtaining quotes for hire equipment
• Issuing risk assessment data to various sites
• Maintaining rental equipment library
• Ordering of stationery and consumables
• Closing down completed jobs on the system
• Superb communications and organisational skills
• Strong Ms office skills
• Strong coordination ability
