This is a smashing opportunity for an amazing FMCG organisation. They are busy and your role will be a mix of supporting the customer service team as well as additional front of house support duties.
• Keying in orders for a specific clients which will be yours to manage
• Raising POs and Manual invoices
• Dealing with client and customer queries (phone and email)
• Office duties such as stationary ordering and post
• Booking meeting rooms for teams and guest management
• Managing deliveries and courier shipments
