Senior Client Relationship Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + excellent benefits + quarterly performance bonus
Location: Ruislip, Middlesex
Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking marketing-led organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role designed for a relationship-led professional who thrives on driving growth within existing client accounts rather than new business acquisition.
Working across a diverse portfolio of well-known brands, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key client partnerships while delivering long-term commercial value within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The role:
This is a senior, highly client-facing role where you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts, acting as a trusted strategic partner and key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Working closely with internal teams and Account Directors, you will identify opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen relationships, and deliver commercially impactful solutions within an agile, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Duties include:
Owning and developing long-term relationships across a portfolio of high-value accounts
Driving organic growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
Acting as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across multiple brands
Building and delivering account growth strategies aligned to client objectives
Leading commercial discussions and shaping tailored, value-led solutions
Managing and influencing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
Working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Acting as a senior escalation point for key client matters
Contributing to a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement
Experience/skills required:
Proven experience within a senior client relationship, account management, or consultative sales role
Background within agency, media, marketing, or consultative B2B environments
Experience managing large, high-value client accounts across multiple brands or sectors
Strong track record of driving revenue growth from existing accounts
Ability to build credibility and influence at senior stakeholder level
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving, and commercially driven environments
Commercially sharp with a strategic, insight-led mindset
Strong communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an agile environment
Focus on long-term client value and sustainable growth
