Are you a Sales Administrator with experience supporting busy sales teams in order processing, CRM updates, and customer account queries?
Do you have great attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and maybe even a bit of credit control or finance admin experience?
My client is hiring a Sales Administrator to join their well-established, friendly manufacturing business in Langley. This is a full-time, office-based role with hybrid working available after your 3-month probation. You'll be working 8:30am – 5:00pm, supporting a successful sales team by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
• End-to-end sales order processing – from activation through to delivery
• Managing the shared sales inbox and logging all actions
• Producing quotes and responding to customer queries
• Liaising with production and despatch teams to resolve any order issues
• Supporting credit control, reconciling accounts and chasing overdue payments
• Updating CRM systems with the latest customer and sales information
• Generating despatch notes and coordinating delivery paperwork
What you’ll need:
• Proven experience in a similar Sales Administrator or Sales Support role
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail (accuracy will be tested at interview!)
• Confidence using CRM systems and Excel
• Experience working in sales-led environments
• Basic accounts or credit control experience
• A customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
