Are you seeking long-term part-time work?
Do you have any experience working within scientific/lab settings and are good with weights/ measures and following protocol?
My client is busy and require a highly po active person to join their testing panel team.
This is NOT a laboratory role, but one where you will be running around and preparing items for sensory testing.
Working hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5pm with the potential to do additional hours on Friday’s (9-12pm)
Duties
• Assisting with cleaning and washing products and materials to set protocols
• Managing several washing machines within a regulated environment
• Carrying materials and equipment around the building
• Using and measuring various washing chemicals
• Tidying up the washing area and laboratory
• Always keeping a sterile and tidy working environment
• Maintaining stores and ordering materials
• Confident on MS Office
• Liaison with the sensory testing panel
Requirements
• Ideally previous experience within a similar setting
• Great communication
• Highly accurate in approach
• Happy to spend a lot of time on your feet and preparing materials
• Able to work under pressure and to tight time scales
• Can do attitude
